Duracid® Polvere

Duracid® Powder is a ready-to-use insecticidal powder effective against crawling insects, bed bugs, fleas, pollen mites, and wasps. The product contains silicon dioxide (nanomaterial) and a bittering agent.

For the control of crawling insects:

• Indoor treatments: Apply in thin layers into cracks and crevices where wet cleaning is not possible (e.g., behind or under appliances, under the kitchen sink) and in cavities (between walls, holes, etc.).
• Outdoor treatments around buildings: Apply in thin layers into cracks and crevices on paved surfaces, only on balconies and terraces. The product has a residual effect of 8 weeks against cockroaches and 4 weeks against ants.

For the control of poultry red mite: Clean the chicken coop before treatment. Apply the product in cracks and crevices where mites may hide. Effectiveness becomes apparent one week after application, with a residual activity lasting two weeks. Apply away from animals.

For the control of bed bugs and fleas: Apply in thin layers into cracks and crevices in confined areas, on surfaces not subject to wet cleaning (under furniture, in corners, and other hiding places) and in cavities (between walls, holes, etc.). The product remains effective for up to 2 weeks.

For the control of wasps: Apply the product directly into the holes where wasps enter and exit. Treat the nest late in the evening or early in the morning, when insect activity is at its minimum.
