Hurricane 230 V

Hurricane 230 V is a powerful electric ULV nebulizer equipped with 3 nozzles for uniform distribution of the solution used. The device allows applications of formulations with water-based, oil-based, and solvent-based products. The three nozzles produce droplets sized between 40 and 70 microns; the spray range and droplet size are influenced by the viscosity of the liquid used.
The machine body and circular-based translucent tank are made of high-density polyethylene, providing durability, impact resistance, and chemical resistance. The tank is translucent and easy to fill and empty. The machine body can be tilted 45° and fixed in position.
Solution atomization occurs inside the nozzle through two revolutions of the airflow to optimize micronization and ensure uniform particle distribution.

The device allows the application of most chemical products labeled for cold fog/ULV treatments, such as disinfectants, deodorizers, germicides, insecticides, and repellents. Hurricane 230 V can be used in locations such as offices, hospitals, schools, nursing homes, barracks, cinemas, theaters, greenhouses, stables, warehouses, storage facilities, food industries, tobacco manufacturing, and both public and private transportation vehicles.
